Terms and Conditions

  • Movie video file to be provided in DCP format in hard disk/pen drive.
  • Movie file to be shared one week prior to the film festival.
  • Trailers/promos content should not exceed 60 seconds. Any other promotional material to be provided with BICFF organizers.
  • Jury and award committee decision is final.
  • Once the application has been approved, the producer or their appellate authorities are not supposed to withdraw the film screening from the film festival.
  • The above regulations/mandates are taken effect with the submission of a complete and entry signed producer/their appellate authorities.
  • Entry fees is not refundable.
